Job Summary
Oversee daily branch operations to meet organizational, financial, and service goals while leading, coaching, training, and evaluating staff. Monitor transactions, loan volume, sales, and new accounts; schedule personnel for consistent service delivery. Resolve complex member concerns, prepare branch reports and budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Underwrite and approve loans within assigned authority, promote a strong sales culture, and coach employees on cross-selling. Maintain branch security, safety, and internal controls while representing the branch in the community to foster relationships with local organizations. Lead a dedicated team serving military members and local families in a supportive environment focused on service, growth, and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in credit union, or financial services
- Associate degree OR equivalent combination of education, certifications, or specialized training
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to drive results and promote a sales culture
- Professionalism, integrity, and strong problem-solving skills
- NMLS registration within 2 months of hire
- FiCEP certification within 6 months
- Insurance License within 9 months
