Retail Branch Manager: Forks Branch

Lead the Forks branch office in achieving sales and service goals while engaging in outside sales and client service outreach to current and prospective clients. Organize and direct branch activities, including staff oversight, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Serve as a key retail leader within the organization, delivering an outstanding banking experience tailored to the financial needs of customers in Wyoming and the surrounding area. Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in banking and/or sales management, specialized bank sales and product training, and strong skills in communication, leadership, and coaching.
