Retail Branch Manager - Exempt

Direct daily sales and operations at the Vassar branch, ensuring members access full product ranges through needs-based selling. Supervise workflow, scheduling, and teller functions while resolving member challenges and escalating serious personnel issues. Lead coaching through weekly meetings and monthly observations to drive sales, business, and marketing goals. Partner with regional leadership to launch branch plans and maintain security, internal controls, and service quality standards. Fill in other branch positions as needed to support flexible operations.
