Job Summary
Lead and inspire a high-performing bridal stylist team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed showroom sales KPIs. Drive day-to-day showroom operations, roster management, inventory accuracy, and training to ensure a premium luxury retail environment. Build strong relationships with brides from initial consultation to closing, manage multi-tasking across client fittings and showroom needs, leverage technology to process sales and promote brand/showroom engagement, and uphold impeccable presentation and communication standards. Successful candidate will model expected behaviours, mentor staff, and contribute to ongoing showroom performance and customer-service excellence in a busy, weekend-focused schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 – 3 years of previous experience in retail management or leadership position in a related field is required
