Job Summary
Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships. Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people in the right place at the right time. Own or escalate details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations to enable an exceptional shopping experience. Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience. As the Boutique Manager, you will drive daily business goals while leading, educating, and developing a high-performing boutique roster. This role focuses on flawlessly delivering sales, floor, business, and people management within the Boutique Management Department.
