Job Summary
Build and repair bicycles according to established procedures, assisting with exercise equipment assembly as needed. Provide product recommendations based on industry trends to align with customer needs while achieving sales goals through bikes and related merchandise. Uphold merchandise presentation standards, maintain signage, and promote warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions. Demonstrate genuine interaction with customers to show passion for their sport, adhere to safety and loss prevention policies, and support the team across the store.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred
