Job Summary
Build and repair bicycles according to established procedures and assist with exercise equipment assembly. Provide strong product recommendations based on industry research and trends to align with customer needs. Uphold merchandise presentation standards and signage for the Bike Department while promoting warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions. Achieve sales goals through bike and related merchandise engagement. Maintain confidentiality of company information and adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the team across the store.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred
