Job Summary
Build and repair bicycles according to established procedures, assisting with exercise equipment assembly as needed. Provide differentiated customer service by recommending products based on industry research and customer needs, while achieving sales goals for bikes and related merchandise. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and signage in the Bike Department. Promote company programs including warranty sales, the Scorecard loyalty program, and seasonal promotions. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information. Support the team across the store with other tasks as assigned by management.
