Job Summary
Build and repair bicycles according to established procedures, assisting with exercise equipment assembly as needed. Provide strong product recommendations by pulling from personal experiences and industry trends to align with customer needs. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and signage while promoting warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions. Achieve sales goals through bike and related merchandise engagement. Adhere to safety policies, loss prevention procedures, and confidentiality standards. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Prior experience building, repairing, and selling bicycles is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred
