Job Summary
Bike Technician role focused on building and repairing bicycles to established procedures, delivering a differentiated customer experience in the Bike Department, and providing strong product recommendations based on customer needs. Responsibilities include promoting warranty sales, Scorecard loyalty, private-label credit cards, and other promotions, achieving sales goals, assembling and maintaining bikes and equipment, and supporting store-wide safety and presentation standards. Requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods, with lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally; typically offered with a competitive pay range and benefits at DICK'S Sporting Goods.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred
