Job Summary
Build and repair bicycles according to established procedures and assist with exercise equipment assembly. Provide product recommendations based on industry trends and customer needs while achieving sales goals for bikes and related merchandise. Uphold merchandise presentation standards, promote warranty sales and loyalty programs, and maintain safety and loss prevention policies. Work extended periods standing or lifting items up to 35 lbs occasionally. Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred
