Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and signage in the Bike Department while promoting warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions. Achieve sales goals through direct customer engagement, demonstrating passion and knowledge of cycling. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of company information. Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
