Job Summary
Build and repair bicycles according to established procedures while assisting with exercise equipment assembly. Provide strong product recommendations based on industry research to align with customer needs and achieve sales goals for bikes and related merchandise. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation, signage, and safety policies within the Bike Department. Promote warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions through passionate customer engagement. Maintain confidentiality of company information and support the team across the store as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred
