Job Summary
The Bike Technician builds and repairs bicycles according to established procedures, provides expert product recommendations and customer service for cyclists, drives sales of bikes and related merchandise, promotes warranty programs and loyalty offerings, and maintains Bike Department presentation and safety standards. Responsibilities include assembling and repairing bikes, assisting with equipment assembly, delivering a world-class customer experience through knowledgeable, Passionate service, and contributing to store performance through merchandising, warranty/promo programs, and adherence to policies.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
