Retail Bike Technician

Build and repair bicycles according to established procedures while assisting with exercise equipment assembly. Provide strong product recommendations based on personal experience and industry trends to align with customer needs. Uphold merchandise presentation standards and signage for the Bike Department. Promote company programs including warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions to achieve sales goals. Demonstrate genuine interaction with customers to show passion and knowledge of their sport. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information. Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach as tasks are assigned by management.
