Job Summary
Lead a team of Beauty Advisors by coaching on clienteling tools, analyzing sales metrics, and executing business-driving events to foster sustainable growth and personalized client experiences. Oversee stock presentation, replenishment, and hygiene standards while managing vendor partnerships and promotions to ensure a premium shopping environment. Achieve personal sales goals through selling techniques that prioritize customer needs and maintain a culture of acceptance and respect across the department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Heavy lifting, constant moving, remaining in a stationary position, and reaching with arms and hands
- Remaining in a stationary position for at least two consecutive hours
- Lifting at least 30 lbs
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Reaching above eye level
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
