Job Summary
Lead and direct the daily retail banking function for multiple branches by ensuring quality customer service, resolving complex inquiries, and promoting relationship development. Coach and manage direct reports to maximize productivity while onboarding and training staff to support strategic initiatives. Serve as the subject matter expert for all retail banking transactions, products, and services, and actively participate in community activities to maintain visibility with target clients. Travel as needed to fulfill branch and client engagement requirements. Required Qualifications
- 3 years demonstrated customer service, sales, and retail banking experience
- Supervisory and leadership skills
- 2-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
- Demonstrated high level of flexible interpersonal skills, customer service, trustworthiness, credibility and diplomacy
- Must be willing and able to travel
