Retail Banking Representative

Open and maintain a variety of accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and approve checks up to authorized limits while adhering to Bank policy and procedures. Proactively present and cross-sell products through probing questions, resolve customer complaints regarding sales or services, and manage correspondence to ensure timely resolution. Balance daily transactions, verify tickets, and investigate customer claims in the archive area to address missing deposits or checks. Greet customers professionally, perform various administrative duties, and assist officers with branch reports as directed. Review and verify previous day's work to resolve discrepancies in general ledger accounts. Maintain knowledge of the Redi system and branch procedures.
