Retail Banker Supervisor- Falmouth

Handle transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account inquiries, and issuing checks and money orders. Process Safe Deposit Box requests, perform end-of-day balancing, and manage customer accounts for disputes, stop payments, and wire transfers. Proactively identify customer needs, build relationships through personalized service, and assist in opening personal and business accounts. Supervise and mentor Retail Banker staff while collaborating to resolve issues and support the Office Manager in achieving operational goals. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and security protocols. Maintain knowledge of banking services, adhere to security procedures, and demonstrate the Bank's Core Values of integrity, respect, and continuous improvement.
