Retail Banker Supervisor- Falmouth

Handle transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account inquiries, and issuing official checks and money orders. Perform end-of-day balancing and ensure operational accuracy across all transactions, including ATMs and coin machines. Manage customer accounts, assist with disputes, stop payments, and wire transfers, while proactively identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service and referrals to relevant bank solutions. Supervise and mentor Retail Banker staff, guiding them through daily tasks and addressing office operations. Support the Office Manager in achieving operational goals, including cash management, deposit growth, and customer retention. Ensure compliance with state and federal banking regulations, including security protocols.
