Job Summary
Conduct customer liaison duties across multiple locations in the Saco, Maine area, delivering consultative advice on personal and business banking solutions. Execute teller transactions including check cashing, deposits, and transfers while monitoring fraud mitigation, and utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to identify needs and drive outbound sales activities. Act as a subject matter expert for TD products, resolving complex issues and educating clients on self-service options to optimize their financial relationships. Maintain active NMLS registration status and adhere to all risk control policies and operational procedures. Requires 2+ years of related experience with full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2 year degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Teller experience
- Cross trained to take customer transactions
- Agility, teamwork and flexibility to adapt to different locations and environments
- Must be able to do same day travel to multiple work locations within a designated region or area
- Active registration status with NMLS
- Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under the standards established by Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act, 12 CFR Part 1026.36
- Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS
- Satisfactory results on a criminal background check and a credit report check
- Statements/certification from job applicant regarding administrative, civil, and/or criminal findings by any government agency/authority
