Retail Banker II- Float; perform teller and/or personal banker duties with a focus on customer service and sales of banking products. Requires frequent customer contact, travel up to 50% to regional branches, and flexibility in hours. Proficient in processing deposits/withdrawals, handling tax/loan payments, sales of checking/savings/CDs/IRA, image capture and related banking software, and delivering WOW customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- College degree or twelve months’ customer contact and sales experience
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Mathematical and general business knowledge
- Typing and calculator skills
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
- Ability to travel 50% to regional branches
- Ability to work flexible/extended hours as needed
