Job Summary
Retail Banker I in Ewing, NJ focuses on delivering TD’s Brand promise through consultative financial guidance, identifying Customer needs, educating on bank products and services, and referring to appropriate team members or partners. The role emphasizes building and nurturing customer relationships, proactive customer outreach and outbound sales activities, handling routine product transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Proficiency with product knowledge, CRM tools, and customer service is expected, along with the ability to resolve issues and collaborate with Banking partners to meet Customers' financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ years' experience working with customers and/or sales
- Must be able to complete teller training upon hire
- Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS
- Active NMLS registration
- Experience with customer conversations and educating on products/services
- Notary License (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
