Job Summary
Retail Banker role focused on processing customer transactions in person, by mail, and via night deposits; identifying customer needs, explaining financial products, and resolving customer issues. Cross-training to perform retail banking specialist duties such as opening new accounts and setting up direct deposits and retirement accounts. On-site position based in Conway, AR with responsibilities including adherence to policies, fraud detection, CTR/SIRF reporting, cash handling, and delivering high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED completion by graduation
- 1 - 2 years post-secondary education and/or cash handling, customer service, relevant banking or professional experience preferred
