Job Summary
Retail Banker position providing prompt, friendly service to clients, explaining bank products and services, and identifying opportunities through conversations to meet clients’ financial needs. Responsibilities include opening/closing services, handling deposits and withdrawals, processing transactions, educating clients on fraud prevention, cross-selling products, data entry and referrals management, adhering to Bank Secrecy Act and privacy controls, and maintaining confidentiality. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle cash, data entry proficiency, knowledge of banking policies, and the ability to work in a lobby environment with occasional training and meetings. On-site Branford, FL posting; high school diploma required; some college preferred; 18+ for insurance bond eligibility; full-time schedule with occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of client service, sales, or cash handling experience
- Education: High school diploma; some college preferred but not required
