Retail Baker

Provide friendly and prompt customer service, handle cash and credit transactions at the register, and offer product recommendations to enhance customer experience. Bake a variety of breads and baked goods, prepare for the next day’s schedule, organize and maintain freezer/fridge areas, and pack away delivery items with proper storage. Set up inviting bread displays, clean and sanitize the baking station, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food storage standards. Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers while supporting roles including Baking, Barista, Sandwich Making, and Customer Service.
