Job Summary
Provide friendly and prompt customer service, handle cash and credit transactions at the register, offer product recommendations, bake a variety of breads and pastries, prepare items for the next day’s schedule, maintain organization of cold storage and displays, pack delivery items, set up inviting bread displays, sanitize baking stations, ensure store safety/food storage standards, and build lasting relationships with customers. Roles include Baking, Barista, Sandwich Making, and Customer Service across multiple Fresh Baguette bakery cafes in the DC metro area. Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a customer-service mindset are essential; experience in a fast-paced café/bakery environment is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
