Retail Backroom Supervisor

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries to prioritize processing merchandise onto the sales floor. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles, ensuring they complete tasks according to the store plan and maintain a clean, organized backroom area. Monitor team productivity, coach as necessary, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment while engaging with all customers to maintain an excellent experience. Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods and address priorities with management. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $17.25 to $17.75 per hour. One year of retail and six months of leadership experience are required.
