Job Summary
Manages backroom operations including receiving, merchandising standards, tagging, stocking, and back stock organization; leads and trains Associates; ensures efficient flow of goods to the sales floor; focuses on customer experience and adherence to safety and loss-prevention programs; collaborates with management to set priorities and achieve store goals; ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies; supports shrink reduction initiatives and maintains organization and cleanliness in backroom areas.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift heavy objects
