Retail Backroom Processing Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean store environment, and adhering to operating procedures. May be cross-trained to different areas of the store to support business needs and participate in store recovery and loss-prevention efforts. Responsibilities include accurately ringing customer purchases/returns, counting change, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing merchandise for the sales floor, maintaining merchandising standards, and contributing to a safe, organized environment. Requires flexibility in schedule, strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects; prior retail customer experience is preferred.
