Retail Backroom Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, ensuring the backroom remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and recycling programs. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to meet store plans. Rotate back stock for easy replenishment and ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured. Communicate effectively with management and the Coordinator on Duty to address priorities and provide progress updates. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $15.25 to $15.75 per hour.
