Retail Backroom Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Ensure associates process efficiently by training and mentoring staff on merchandising principles, tagging, and coding. Maintain a clean, organized backroom area that adheres to organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards while supporting shrink reduction goals. Monitor team productivity, coach as necessary, and communicate priorities with management to ensure efficient goods flow. Engage with customers to maintain an excellent experience and uphold safety awareness. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lifting heavy objects as needed.
