Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries to prioritize processing merchandise onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized backroom and ensure Associates complete tasks according to the store plan. Monitor team productivity, coach staff on merchandising principles, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Uphold safety awareness, compliance with labor laws, and shrink reduction goals while communicating priorities with management. Requires one year of retail experience and ability to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
