Retail Backroom Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries to prioritize merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure adherence to store plans. Maintain a clean, organized backroom area, properly tag and secure merchandise, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Engage with all customers to ensure an excellent experience, communicate priorities with management, and support shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
