Retail Backroom Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries to prioritize merchandise processing on the sales floor. Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure efficient flow of goods. Maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area, ensuring all merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience and uphold safety awareness. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, requiring one year of retail and six months of leadership experience. Starting pay is $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
