Job Summary
Retail backroom coordinator at TJX family brands (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, Sierra, Winners, TK Maxx) responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, and delivering excellent customer experience. Role entails orchestrating truck deliveries, tagging/hanging/packing merchandise, maintaining backroom organization and replenishment, coaching Associates on merchandising principles, ensuring adherence to safety, recycling/hazardous waste programs, and cooperating with management to meet store priorities. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, ability to train others, and flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends. Emphasis on teamwork, integrity, productivity monitoring, and supporting shrink reduction and safety programs.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months of leadership experience
