Job Summary
Backroom Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, training Associates, and ensuring efficient processing of merchandise to the sales floor. Role involves organizing backstock, ensuring items are properly tagged, hung, coded, and replenished; coordinating truck deliveries; maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards; and promoting a positive customer experience. Requires strong communication, multitasking, leadership, and adherence to labor laws and safety programs, with duties including supervising tasks, coaching team members, and supporting integrity and shrink-reduction goals. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; able to lift heavy objects; collaborative with management and store teams.
Required Qualifications
