Job Summary
Retail Backroom Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Role includes orchestrating truck deliveries, training and mentoring Associates on merchandising and processing principles, tagging/stocking/organizing merchandise, coordinating with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor, maintaining backroom organization and safety, and supporting shrink-reduction and store goals. Must supervise or coach team, communicate priorities, and uphold labor laws and company policies. Starting pay range is $13.75-$14.25 per hour with full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
