Job Summary
Retail Backroom Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized backroom. Role involves driving excellent customer experience, mentoring Associates on merchandising principles, tagging and staging merchandise, coordinating with management to ensure flow of goods from receiving to sales floor, monitoring productivity, assisting in loss-prevention efforts, and upholding safety and labor-compliance standards. Must be able to train others, work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends, and lift heavy objects as needed. Location: Sunrise, FL (on-site). Salary starts at $15.00–$15.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
