Retail Backroom Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries to prioritize merchandise processing on the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized backroom and ensure associates complete tasks according to the store plan. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to support shrink reduction goals. Coordinate with management on training needs, address labor law compliance, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Requires one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience; flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $17.00 to $17.50 per hour.
