Retail Backroom Coordinator

Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor. Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles; ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded. Maintains backroom organization and recovery standards, collaborates with management on priorities, supports safety and labor law compliance, and promotes credit and loyalty programs. Provides progress updates to management and participates in store-wide shrink reduction and safety initiatives. Roles require strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to train and develop others to improve backroom efficiency and customer experience.
