Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change back to customers, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Uphold operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while participating in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness initiatives. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed to support business requirements. Adhere to all labor laws and policies while providing and accepting constructive feedback.

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
