Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness throughout the shift. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports TJX's mission to delight shoppers with hidden treasures across its global brands.
