Job Summary
Conduct morning availability starting at 7 AM, delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Ring customer purchases and returns, count change accurately, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Uphold operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store recovery, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed and model customer experience principles with internal and external customers. Work a flexible schedule adhering to labor laws and policies.
Required Qualifications
