Job Summary
Retail Backroom Associate (MORNINGS) at TJ Maxx family stores. Responsibilities include delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers, adhering to operating procedures, cross-training to support store needs, processing transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, merchandising, stock prep for the sales floor, store recovery, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Must be adaptable, able to multi-task, communicate effectively, and work a flexible schedule; physical capability to lift heavy objects; prior retail customer experience preferred. Competitive benefits and starting pay range of $13.25-$13.75/hour for Columbus, IN location.
