Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Initiate store recovery as needed, support shrink reduction goals, and participate in safety awareness programs. Maintain organizational cleanliness throughout the store and provide constructive feedback. Work the 530am-1030am shift at the Newnan GA location with a starting pay of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
