Leads receiving programs, planogram execution, cycle counts, pricing changes, and training of associates; collaborates with the Operations Manager to drive store performance, customer experience, and adherence to merchandise and loss-prevention standards. Requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook) and basic computer skills; able to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks in a retail store environment.
