Job Summary
Retail Attendant is responsible for delivering superior customer service, greeting guests, operating a POS system, maintaining store organization and merchandising, replenishing merchandise, and supporting team initiatives. The role requires staying knowledgeable about brand details, participating in trainings, collaborating with colleagues, and communicating effectively to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma
- Experience in Retail operations, merchandising and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient operations of Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for a minimum of 8 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.
