Job Summary
Retail Attendant at Saracen Casino Resort is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the resort's retail shop, processing sales, merchandising displays, inventory management, promoting current sales events, ensuring shop cleanliness, following security procedures, and complying with policies. The role requires interacting with customers, handling cash and card payments, restocking and organizing merchandise, and reporting feedback to the Retail Manager. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, and candidates must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license. Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Must have a professional appearance and be a team player
- Must present a well-groomed and professional appearance
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Must possess ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening
- Must be physically mobile and able to perform duties in a casino environment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
