Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, accurately ringing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining organized, clean store environments. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas, support safety and loss-prevention standards, participate in store recovery and upkeep, and assist with merchandising and merchandise preparation across departments. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations are valued; flexible scheduling and team collaboration are important for success.
